Because I’m a total skeptic and not a very good cook, I wanted to see if it really was as easy as they claimed. And because I like to keep it real with you guys and try/do everything I promote, I went ahead and got myself the Colorado-Style Pork Chili Verde.
I’m here to tell you a meal that will leave your family questioning when you had time to run off and complete culinary classes, is easier than I ever imagined. Making dinner for dummies is what it should really be called, you’d have to work extra hard to screw up a Prep+Pared.
Your meal kit comes with all of the supplies you’ll need. Kroger only takes the liberty of assuming you’ll have some seriously basic products in your kitchen, think vegetable oil, salt and pepper, and a sharp knife, basic. Otherwise everything comes in the kit.
Fresh ingredients.
I was pleasantly surprised everything came already sliced, even the pork!
I did season my meat outside of what it called for, you know all Chef Lindsey style.
